Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return and refund, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Unused: Items must not have been used or damaged.
  • Unlabeled: Products must not have student names or personalized labels applied to them.
  • Intact: The supply kit must be complete, intact, and in resellable condition.


Refund Process and Fees

  • Once the returned items are received and inspected, a refund will be issued.
  • All shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
  • Refunds are only processed after the items are delivered and inspected by our team.


Return Window
Items must be returned in original, unused, unlabeled, and intact condition. There is no fixed calendar deadline, but items must remain in resellable condition.


Non-Refundable Situations

  • Any items that have been opened, used, damaged, labeled, or are missing components are not eligible for a refund.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
